We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful residential area, providing a peaceful and tranquil environment. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel also offered a range of quality services, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, which enhanced our comfort and convenience. we were very satisfied with our experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to our friends.

Rooms clean and neat. Air-conditioning works well. Good breakfast buffet selection. Friendly and adaptive staff.

The breakfast was decent and the swimming pool was refreshing. the location was convenient, close to the city center and in a safe area.
The service was terrible. They lost our reservation and did not seem to care that we were stuck waiting for over an hour.

The hotel is in a great location, close to modern restaurants and bars with friendly staff. The breakfast and facilities are of good quality and offer a variety of options. The spacious rooms offer comfortable beds and a nice TV to watch.
The lack of basic amenities such as soap and towels in the bathroom was a disappointment, as was the failure of staff to refill complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Housekeeping could use some improvement as the carpet was not vacuumed and there were crumbs and dust.
